- Image positioning options such as dragging, moving, zooming in, or zooming out may cause parts of the image to be cropped or cut off.
- Please adjust and position your photo carefully to ensure no important details are missing.
- This photo adjustment feature is still under development and may not function perfectly in all cases.
- If any part of the image appears incomplete, our designers may need to manually adjust the artwork and contact you for confirmation before printing.

All items are made-to-order. This means that when you place your order, we print that item just for you, one at a time for the best quality!
Order Processing & Cut-off Time
To provide full transparency, our total delivery time is divided into two phases: Handling Time and Transit Time.
- Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (MST) – Monday to Friday.
- Handling Time: 3 – 7 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
- Transit Time: 7 – 10 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 10 – 17 Business Days.
Note: Orders placed after 5:00 PM MST on Friday, or during weekends, will begin processing on the following business day (Monday).

Customs & Duties:

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number.
Please allow 24 – 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Address Accuracy & Modifications
- Customer Responsibility: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
- Changes: You may request order changes within 2 hours of placing your order OR before the order enters production (whichever comes first).
- Once the order is in production or has been shipped, changes can no longer be made.
Failed Delivery:
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to claim the package, reshipping may require an additional shipping fee.
Lost, Missing, or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate and provide a suitable resolution, including a replacement or refund if necessary.
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:
- Please contact us as soon as possible
- We will assist you in working with the carrier
- We will help resolve the issue promptly
In cases of confirmed lost packages, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
