  • FREE SHIPPING is available for all orders over $150.00 (within the US).

  • For orders under $150.00, the shipping fee is calculated based on your order price and will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

Yes, we offer a 24-hour window from the time of purchase for any modifications. This includes updating your shipping address, changing texts, colors, or correcting design details.

  • How to request: Email us immediately at support@eraskull.com with your Order Number and the specific changes needed.

If your new address belongs to a different shipping zone that incurs higher costs, we will send you an invoice for the price difference. This must be paid within the 24-hour window before the order is finalized. If the shipping cost remains the same, we will update it at no extra charge.

For orders within the United States, the total delivery time (including production and shipping) is 10 – 17 business days.

  • International: 10 – 30 business days.

  • Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

At EraSkull, we use a made-to-order (Print-on-Demand) process. This means we don’t hold pre-printed stock. Once you place an order, we print and craft that specific item just for you. This ensures the highest quality and unique designs, though it requires a few extra days for production before shipping.

Unfortunately, there is no option to include a gift note with your purchase at this time. We understand that some customers want to personalize their EraSkull by including a gift note, and we are currently working on a solution. Keep an eye out for updates!

You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. Once this 24-hour “grace period” expires, your order is automatically transmitted to our production facility. Because each item is custom-made just for you, we cannot accept cancellations or issue refunds after production has begun.

If the 24-hour modification window has passed and the order has shipped, we are unable to reroute the package.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate address at checkout.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Once your cancellation is confirmed:

  • PayPal/Digital Wallets: 1–3 business days.

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank’s processing time).
