Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 – 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Address Accuracy & Modifications

  • Customer Responsibility: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
  • Changes: You may request order changes within 2 hours of placing your order OR before the order enters production (whichever comes first).
  • Once the order is in production or has been shipped, changes can no longer be made.

Failed Delivery:
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to claim the package, reshipping may require an additional shipping fee.

Lost, Missing, or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate and provide a suitable resolution, including a replacement or refund if necessary.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package: - Please contact us as soon as possible - We will assist you in working with the carrier - We will help resolve the issue promptly

In cases of confirmed lost packages, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
