Cancellation & Order Modification
At EraSkull, we strive to process your orders quickly. Once placed, orders typically move into production within 12 hours. Because of this, you have a 12-hour window after checkout to request:
- Order cancellation
- Design or information modifications
To make changes or cancel your order, please email us at [email protected] within this 12-hour period. Please refer to your confirmation email for assistance.
⚠️ After 12 hours, or once your order enters the printing process, cancellations or changes are no longer accepted.
During holiday seasons, design modifications may cause delays. We cannot guarantee timely delivery for orders requiring edits.
NOTE: Please keep in mind that purchasing means accepting all the terms mentioned above.
Return – Refund – Replacement
Your satisfaction is our priority! If something is wrong with your order, we’re here to help. Please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order, and include photos as proof if:
- Your item is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- There are printing quality issues
You may be eligible for a full refund or free replacement.
We also accept refund/replacement requests for the following situations:
- Extended Shipping Delays
- Apparel: Not delivered within 30 days
- Accessories: Not delivered within 45 days
- Incorrect Replacement
- If the replacement item is still incorrect or does not match your order
Once approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method:
- PayPal: Within 1 business day
- Credit/Debit Card: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank
