Cancellation & Order Modification

We’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction and making things right if something goes wrong with your order.

Modification & Cancellation Window (24-Hour Window)

Because our products are made-to-order, production begins immediately after the 24-hour modification window expires.

  • The 24-Hour Rule: You have exactly 24 hours from the time of purchase to request a cancellation, design change, or information update (such as color, text, photo).

  • We cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications after this point. However, we will review requests on a case-by-case basis.

To request any changes, please contact us at support@eraskull.com within this timeframe. You can refer to your confirmation email for order details.

⚠️ Important:

  • After 24 hours, cancellations and modifications are generally no longer accepted.
  • During holiday seasons, modification requests may cause delays. We cannot guarantee on-time delivery for edited orders.

Note: By completing your purchase, you agree to all terms stated above.

Returns for Defective Products Only (30-Day Window)

Timeframe: We accept returns or provide refunds for defective items within 30 days after the delivery date (as tracked by the carrier).

Eligible Cases:

  • Product arrived damaged or defective (torn, broken, etc.).
  • Printing quality issues (blurry, incorrect colors, peeling).
  • Wrong item received (size, color, or design does not match your order).

Ineligible Cases: We do not offer refunds or replacements if the customer ordered the wrong size, provided an incorrect address, or changed their mind after the 24-hour modification window.

If your order has any issues, please contact us and provide photo proof if:

  • The item is damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • There are printing quality issues

Eligible cases will receive:

Full refund or free replacement

Resolution Priority

  • Restocking Fee: $0.00 (No restocking fee).
  • Return Shipping: If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label at no cost to you.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We DO NOT accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for the following reasons:

– Damage caused by accident.
– The product matches the description and specifications provided on our website.
– You ordered by mistake / You are no longer interested.
– Improper care, normal wear and tear.
– Color fading or material degradation due to sun exposure.
– Aftermarket modifications, products with water exposure.
– We do not accept returns based on personal preference or dissatisfaction with material feel. Therefore, please consider carefully before placing orders.

– We do not offer exchanges/returns for size unless it is our fault for sending the wrong-size items. For other reasons like sewing or printing problems, we will take care of them all for you. Please contact us first and we will guide you through the steps. Returns are not required unless explicitly instructed by our support team.

Shipping Issues & Other Eligible Cases

Shipping delays (counted from shipping date, not order date):

  • Apparel: Not delivered within 30 days after shipping
  • Accessories: Not delivered within 45 days after shipping

Delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

If tracking shows no movement for 10–15 consecutive days, the package may be considered lost and eligible for resolution.

Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to customs clearance, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or carrier disruptions.

Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Refund Processing Time: Once approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 3 – 5 business days.

Return Shipping Fees

  • For other cases: Since we do not accept returns for “change of mind” or customer errors after 24 hours, there are no additional return shipping costs incurred by the customer.

No Physical Return Required (for Quality Issues)

Because most of our products are custom-made, we simplify the process:

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • You do not need to return the item

Steps:

  1. Contact support@eraskull.com within 30 days of delivery
  2. Provide:
    – Order number
    – Clear photos showing the issue

After approval (We will send you a confirmation email):

  • Receive a full refund or Get a free replacement

Why Returns Are Not Required

To reduce environmental impact and unnecessary shipping:

  • You may keep the item
  • Or donate it to a local charity
